BY MAKING A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR TOUR, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Payments
Creative Tours accepts checks. money orders, MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER, and American Express. Your payment is not deemed made until received by Creative Tours, 9 Regency Dr., Suite 3, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
Reservations & Deposits
Reservations will be held for seven (7) days pending receipt of the deposit. The deposit is $500.00 per person.
Final Payment
Creative Tours requires that final payment be received 45 days prior to departure. Reservations made in this time frame require full payment at the time the reservation is made.
Tour Price Includes
Hotel accommodations, sightseeing, transportation and meals specified in the itinerary, baggage handling, gratuities for included meals and for baggage handling are included.
Not Included:
Are personal items, room service, valet/laundry service, optional activities, meals not listed as included, customary gratuity to escorts, guides, drivers, etc. and any other items not specifically mentioned as being included.
Single, Triple & Quad Accommodations
All rates are per person based on two (2) to a room.
Single rooms are available at the supplement shown for each tour. Where available, triple and quad accommodations are sold with the understanding that there will be two (2) beds per room.
No Physical Assistance Provided
All tours may involve considerable walking in variable weather, climbing stairs, and getting on and off transportation vehicles.
By making a deposit for the tour, the tour participant certifies that he or she does not have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself or herself or for other tour participants.
Persons with any such disability or condition must be self-sufficient or travel with a companion who will provide all needed assistance and assume total responsibility for their well-being and participation in the tour events.
Creative Tour’s Right to Change Itineraries
Creative Tours reserves the right to change departures, hotels, other suppliers of services, the itinerary, special programs (if applicable), or other trip features at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
Creative Tours shall not be liable for any such changes and shall not be required to refund any portion of the tour price or to make any other compensation.
Cancellation Policies
All programs contain cancellation fees. These fees vary in amount depending on when Creative Tours received notice of your cancellation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Creative Tours immediately. Any refunds or credits, less applicable cancellation fees, will be refunded.
Tour Documents
Final tour documents will consist of luggage tags, participant ticket, tour itinerary, hotel directory, a copy of the general information and these Terms and Conditions.
If any item is missing, please contact your travel agent or Creative Tours immediately. When required, an additional charge to expedite documents will be assessed for late bookings.
Disclaimer of Liability
Creative Tours is a tour operator.
As such, it arranges for independent companies and persons to supply services for its tours, including without limitation hotels, airlines, motorcoach and shuttle companies, ground-tour operators, providers of included excursions, restaurants or other providers of food services, local tour guides, and local sights and attractions.
Creative Tours does not own, operate, manage, supervise or control any suppliers of services.
Creative Tours and its officers, directors, agents, servants, employees, affiliates, successors, assigns, and insurers are not liable for any negligent or willful acts or omissions on their part or on the part of any other third party, including without limitation acts or omissions that cause bodily injury, illness, disease, disability, shock, emotional distress, mental anguish, death, theft, damage to or loss of property, delay, inconvenience, or the cancellation, substitution, overbooking, or downgrading of accommodations, transportation, or other services.
Creative Tours does not guarantee access to all sights, attractions, monuments, entertainment venues, or other points on the itinerary. Creative Tours is not liable for any cancellations or postponements because of any cause beyond its direct control.
Room assignments and requests for particular types or locations of rooms, seats, etc. are within the control of the supplier.
